If you have been to any of our fabulous birthday parties, you know how much fun they can be. Now we have a way to keep the fun going all year round – and all you have to do is sign up!
You get access to our monthly newsletters, are eligible for our quarterly Kids Club Contests, receive a free cupcake on your birthday and more. Best of all, you get to earn Clubhouse Bucks throughout the year to spend at your next birthday party.
All you need to do to be a member is have a parent fill out the form below. Once a member, we will email our first gift to you, your own Clubhouse Scene Savings Register and your first Clubhouse Bucks to record. Keep it in a safe place, because you will use it throughout the year as you earn more money to spend at your next birthday party.
